How to Return an Item

We aim to make returns straightforward. Please follow the steps below so that we can process your return and issue your refund promptly.

1. Confirm the item is eligible. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date. Items must be in new condition and must not have been installed or used. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
2. Contact us before sending the item. Call 225-468-5335 or email support@performancemods.com or purchase@performancemods.com, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return form. Returns received without an RA number cannot be accepted.
3. Pack the item securely. Please use the original packaging where possible and include all components and documentation. Items returned without original packaging, or showing signs of handling or use, may be subject to a restocking fee of 5–20%.
4. Include your paperwork. Place the completed return form, or a printed copy of your order confirmation, inside the package and mark the RA number clearly.
5. Ship the item using the return label we provide to:

   For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. For items sent in error or received damaged or faulty, the return label is provided free of charge.
6. Receive your refund. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and the shipping label. We will arrange the return at no cost to you.
