Designed to be used with the OEM GM LBZ / LMM Turbo inlet worm gear style clamp or WCFab's upgraded stainless steel t-bolt style inlet clamp WCF203-1 which is sold separately. This flange comes ready to be welded up by DIY fabricators who are building their own custom turbo inlets, and air intake setups for these engines.
